Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 1965 Ford F100 regular Cab short box. Super shop truck with mostly original super Patina. This truck is as clean as they come with only surface rust and Patina paint. I bought this truck to run around in and build a narley shop truck with a V8 swap however my thinking and plans have now changed. It does wear a vinyl logo that peels off easily if that is not your thing. This truck was a California truck until 2010 and then found a home in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. It was then brought to NY in 2018. The exterior is scratched and has a ding here or there. The paint looks great as is but provides a base for any build as there are no rust holes. The bed has a few holes in it which is common for these trucks in this year. The interior is super cool with new vinyl floor, headliner and a vinyl seat that is not ripped or cracked. All the seat belts work. The windows work as they should. This is a low option truck and is not equipped with a radio. The heat, choke and wipers work as they should. All the lights work as well. The gauges also work as they should. This truck is a super cool daily driver as is. The transmission is a 3 speed on the column and the clutch works perfectly. The engine is the original equipment 240 cubic inch straight 6 that starts, idles and runs flawlessly. There is no unusual leaks or smoke. The exhaust is quiet and in solid shape. Tailgate works perfectly. Truck sits on 17” Riddler wheels wrapped in like new Goodyear tires. Provides a cool stance. The rear “helper” spring has been removed to bring the stance down just a bit. The undercarriage is super clean including the brake lines, fuel lines, frame rails and floors. The gas tank has been relocated from behind the seat to under the truck. This is truly a get in and drive 1965 Ford F100 that needs nothing. It runs, drives and stops as it should. I love it but need to move on. Will make a perfect shop truck or a great platform for something wild or resto. Included in the sale is the stock steel wheels and the helper springs. Feel free to come inspect and test drive to see for yourself. Review my eBay feedback regarding any car I have ever sold. I always attempt to describe the vehicle in depth and pride myself on honesty. Please ask as many questions or request any photos you may want. Please serious buyers with funds. I am easy to deal with and would be willing to make a deal with the right buyer. My reserve is set at a very fair price. Motivated to sell. Thank you and good luck. FYI the blue Kansas license plates do not come with the truck. I put them on the look because they are super vintage and from 1967
