Anyone can buy this car and it CAN be put back on the street and registered without issue! The car was flooded however the water only got up to the seat cushions. The ECU on this car is located on the floor was damaged by the water. This is the reason it was branded as a salvage car. The car is being driven daily (miles will go up). It has over 1000 miles put on it since it was flooded and has absolutely no issues. Water did not get in the engine or driveline. A leak down test was performed last week and all of the cylinders were around 2-5% The entire interior was stripped out, deep-cleaned, and sanitized to prevent any smells or mold issues. All of the fluids were flushed out and replaced with full synthetic fluids (Engine oil and filter, Transmission oil, Differental oil). The air filter was cleaned (reusable COBB element). The spark plugs were replaced. Anything electrical that touched water was replaced. (The ECU is paired to the body control and both were replaced as a set). The car has a very mild professional Tactrix tune on it so that the car is safe and reliable to run with the combination of parts installed on the car. It has not been "turned up" or otherwise been "beat on". The ECU is NOT locked and could be easily tuned later without having to completely start over at additional expense. Everything else was completely gone through even if it did not get wet. The car runs and drives flawlessly! The car is listed locally and can be removed at any time for any reason without warning.
