The 1962 Buick Skylark Convertible has had the 215CID motor completely rebuilt approximately 700 miles ago. The cylinders have been bored out 30 thousandth over, new cam shaft and main bearings, new rods/inserts/pistons/rings, new push rods and lifters, both heads rebuilt, new timing chain and gears, new high capacity oil pump, rebuilt starter and solenoid, new carburetor, added electronic ignition, new fuel pump, new fuel gauge and sending unit in gas tank. New brake master cylinder and rebuilt brake wheel cylinder(s). New aluminum radiator with duel electric fans, Offenhauser aluminum valve covers. New shocks. Tires, wheels and hubcaps are period correct and tires are in good conditions. The car is a two speed automatic. I have invested over $20,000 between the purchase and repairs since owning for 6 years. The 1962 Buick was State inspected in 01/2018 for license plates and come with a custom car cover.
