Here's you chance of own a beautiful classic at a very reasonable price. This is the 2nd year for the 450 and the last year before they added those huge USA bumpers! Also this year did not require catalytic converters which means more power. With the small bumpers and the original hubcaps it gives you the look of the old 280SLs. It is all original down to the manual, lockable, antenna and the built in flashlight still in the glove box. The beautiful white finish is believed to be original also. The only finish blem is a small dent just in front of the right rear wheel. (see pictures. All chrome and bright work is like new. The interior is also original with the exception of the radio. It does not have the original radio but I.m having a new aftermarket radio with cd player and USB port install before delivery. The car runs and drives beautifully and smooth. Many irritating maintenance items have just been performed. Items such as the donuts on the drive shaft, the center carrier bearing, brakes, and several vacuum hoses on the engine.The top is in good condition but not new. Sorry no picture but I have no help to lift the hardtop off.This is a 2 owner vehicle and has been babied and garaged all its life. The tire have good tread but I would guess the are 25 years old! There is no rust on the car with the exception of a small amount of surface rust just behind the battery You will not be disappointed with this beautiful German classic!
