Selling this amazing car because I am going back to school and need the money. I am the 3rd owner, and the second was a family member, who used the car to commute ~80 miles per day on the highway (hence high miles). The car is babied; it was garaged for most of its life and was serviced to 100,000 miles by BMW under an extended warranty (service records available). The throttle actuator (common E90 M3 issue), spark plugs and battery were changed in 2017, and the thermostat was changed in 2018. The engine/drive train are in perfect working condition. I have the CT title in hand and it is clear. BMW S65 V8 engine. There are a few minor chips, but paint is generally in good condition. The front tires are at ~ 50% life, the rears are close to needing replacement.
