Everything on this bike is brand new or reconditioned (except the original speedometer with 42+K) Features include a VERY RARE Donnie Vesco Cafe Racing Package - I was told that only a few were made for this model and this very well may be the only one still in existence...Don Vesco made After-Market parts and set 18 Motorcycle Speed Records and is a Motorcycle Hall of Famer. Most of his racing faring packages were ordered for BMW and Triumph brands because they were very expensive. Motor and transmission completely rebuilt and carbs jetted and tuned to go fast! Bike also has a racing provenance, but that is a whole other story and is not included in the starting price. I have not regretted owning this bike for one minute - it is like a work of art, and it is almost too nice to ride. It would look great in a museum or high-end collection. I bought the bike on impulse because I had a similar one (nowhere near as nice as this one!) back in college, when I never wore a helmet and rode shirtless and in shorts most of the time). I knew I would never have a shot at a bike like this again, so I paid dearly for it - The reality of the situation is it has been a few years and I never bought a helmet or got my motorcycle license back...I heard it run when I originally bought it, and it sounded AMAZING! I am the Father of two young children and my wife does not want me to ride again. I will probably lose some money here, but knowing me, I will be saving even more in medical bills, tickets, court costs, and who knows, maybe funeral expenses...
