1930 Ford model a sedan project car. This car started as a barn find fresh running driving car. It was exceptionally nice car to start with. You can see in the pictures the car about a week after I initially got it back in 2009. Cars on jw rod garage boxed 32 rails with 4 inch dropped super bell i-beam axle , Split wishbones, Posie front spring with brand new ’39 Lincoln front brakes. Rear is a Pete and Jakes style ladder bar with Posie quarter elliptical springs. Chrome Pro shocks all the way around. Rear end is out of 85 Buick T type with the 342 gear and Posi. Motor is a 53 331 Cadillac with a 56 Eldorado 2x4 intake with 2 wcfb carters. I would consider the carbs as cores. I am unknown of the engine condition but appears to be visually good. Trans is three speed overdrive out of a 55 Chevy. It is adapted with a Bendtsen Bell housing along with there aluminum flywheel and 10 1/2 inch clutch. It was stripped to bare metal (see pictures)and then PPG dp50 epoxy primer sprayed then top coated with Transtar 2K primer. It had minor rust in the lower cowl but the rest of the car was as solid as can be 89 year old car. (See pictures) Car has been chopped 3 inches. The roof was filled with the intention to recover it to look like a stock covered roof. Gas tank is built and installed behind rear seat. Has flushed hot match gas fill in rear body reveal. Have new window channels interior and exterior door handles. Have all interior garnish moldings that have been chopped also. All parts for exhaust are there and are ready to be welded for lake style headers. Vintage air is installed and AC lines made. New Vega steering box but has not been installed yet. 32 grill shell the stainless insert. Brand new PRC 2 inch chopped aluminum Radiator. The reason I’m selling the car is I just lost interest in it. It has about every thing need to complete the car minus interior, paint, and wheels. But that will allow the new owner to finish it the way they want to have it done. Does not include tires and wheels in picture, but will have wheels to move car around.Read Less
