1947 Dodge truck for sale. I bought it from a guy that started to restore it, and I am moving and am not going to haul it around the country. The sheetmetal is in amazing shape for how old it is. Tail gate is as clean as they get, right down to the lips inside the rear fenders. The running boards are junk from where the mounts were under them, rotted right through. Truck runs and drives with the original gas tank, stops only with the e brake. The carbreutor needs to be rebuilt as the float sticks. 3 speed manual, re done honey comb radiator, gauges work as well. Tilt out windshield, bottoms of doors clean as new. The truck will need new glass and strips in the bed along with wood. I have all the sheetmetal bolted together for transport. The yellow primer on the cab is a sandable y2k fill primer, frame is already painted. Clear title, original motor block if you want it and all the extras go with the truck. If you want specific pictures of something just ask so you can make an educated bid. Now for the good stuff, if you are the high bidder you are the one buying the truck. I have to be out of my house at the end of April, this means the truck needs to be picked up before then. So basically by the end of the auction you will have 3 weeks to make it go away.
