Used 1976 Chevrolet Corvette I purchased this car in 2001 at the Barrett-Jackson auto auction. It was a good runner but lacked the go a corvette should have. The car is an original numbers matching car so I kepted the block and bored it out to a mild .30 over. A Scat 400 forged crank and rods for the stroker kit. Block was line bored and honed. Cylinder walls notched for the rod throw. 12 to 1 compression. Victor Jr aluminum heads with 64 cc chambers used. Cam roller hi lift cam. Mighty demon 750 cfm carb. Car has a big loopy idle with the side exit Hooker headers. Car is original with the three speed tranny and rear end. Paint is in nice shape some bruises on the front bumper. Interior is tired and could use a refresh. 4 New brake calipers and front end bushings. New rear and front shocks, front springs. Car always starts cold or hot.
