1998 Honda Super Hawk

This is a 1998 VTR1000F Super Hawk. I purchased it on Ebay in June of 2017. It had 350 miles on it at the time. I was informed that the original owner purchased the bike new and put it in his living room on display where it stayed until April of 2017. You can tell the bike has never been left outside and has been in climate controlled storage since new. The bike is not "mint" but is in excellent shape. It looks like a motorcycle with less than 1000 miles on it. It was advertised as mint when I bought it, but it was clear it needed to be freshened up. The tank has been checked and does not have any rust, the vacuum petcock valve works perfectly. The carbs were cleaned and jetted. The pair valve was removed and commercial blocking plates were installed. A new high rise, carbon fiber GPR exhaust system was purchased from Italy and installed. In order for the exhaust to be installed the bike received an LED integrated tail light (meaning the turn signals are integrated into the LED tail light). The tires are original and have less that 1000 miles on them. The bike sounds great and runs great. I would not be concerned to take this bike on a trip of any length. It is a typical bulletproof Honda. I am selling the bike as I do not room for it and as you can see it is in a climate controlled storage facility currently.
