The second owner bought the car used in 1995. I have all of the service records from the prior owner and mine post-2013, plus the original window sticker. Have only added approx 7K miles since 2013. Over $3000 in new parts and improvements since 2013. Car has always been garaged. It is in excellent mechanical condition and has been serviced Feb 2018. Exterior physical condition is very good overall with few very minor chips and tiny scratches typical to a 23-year-old car with original paint. One small rash in the paint on the right front bumper at the wheel well is the only known defect (see last photo). Interior condition is also very good with only minor wear to the carpets, which are covered with black rubber Corvette logo mats. Leather seat covers matching OEM with foam inserts replaced 2017. Bose sound system with CD/AM/FM/Cassette works perfect. Owner's Manual, wheel lug sockets, and wrench for removing Targa top included in sale. NOTE: Car has California title "Lemon Law Buyback." I documented it's history from the previous owner who bought the car used from Anaheim Chevrolet after the original owner returned the car. The original owner was a "good" customer of this dealership who purchased the car for his daughter for her high school graduation. The manual transmission and powerful engine was too much for her to handle, and a 2-seat car wasn't suited for carrying her friends. CAR WAS NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT AND NOTHING MECHANICAL HAD FAILED. I can only guess that it was more beneficial financially and tax-wise for the Chevy dealer to handle the return this way over accepting it in trade. The previous owner I purchased it from is an engineer and pilot who has owned several Corvettes since the 1960s and would not have purchased it from the dealer if the vehicle history was questionable.
