NO RESERVE 1985 Carrera 3.2 Targa This is a 1985 Porsche Carrera Targa in gorgeous red/black, mostly original paint, to be sold at NO RESERVE! Car is complete and looks stunning for its age. Clean CARFAX, never any accidents. The car is all original in almost every aspect, with no major modifications. The only area painted that I can verify is the left front fender. There is a small area where the paint flaked off on the right side rear rocker panel. Besides the front fender it seems the rest is original paint and still shows absolutely wonderful. The interior is completely 100% original minus the radio. The only major issue that needs attention in the interior is a rip in the drivers seat bottom and the window switches don’t work. I haven’t had the chance to look at this, but I have a feeling that the switch isn’t getting power from the fuse box. I believe the switches and motors itself are perfectly fine. Mechanically the car runs very strong, doesn’t leak oil, no smoke, not even on start-up, idles excellent. I’ve noticed sometimes the idle hovers up and down at times, which may be a sensor, but normally it is excellent. No compression leaks, runs very smooth. All 4 new Dunlop tires recently installed. The targa top is near mint condition and fits like a glove. The dash is perfect with no cracks or warping. All body panels fit factory perfect. The option code sticker still resides under the hood. The front trunk is all original and looks mint. Included are the original spare wheel, front trunk carpet, and jack. This car is a perfect car to hop in, take the targa top off and go for a nice cruise. The 3.2 Carrera has proven time and time again to be one of the best and most reliable of all 911s, or any sports car for that matter. I have a free and clear title.
