Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is this very nice '32 Plymouth PB 2 door sedan car that has it's original 4 cylinder, 196 CI, 65 HP Flathead engine with a 3 speed on the floor manual transmission. It starts up great, idles smooth, has a lot of pep & carries 35 lb. of oil pressure. It shifts good with no clutch chatter. This car was restored about 20 years ago. The paint is average with a few scratches from use, however, is still very presentable. It has nice pin-striping. The chrome bumpers are nice and shiny. The tires are 4.75-5.00 x 19, and have some checking from age, however, hold air good. It has very nice wood spoke rims & all 4 original hubcaps are on the car. The running boards new from the underside. The glass is all good and operate as they should. The top material looks good with no leaks. It has that real cool oval back window! The lights and gauges work, the blinkers need the wires reconnected. Up inside the fender-wells looks great. The whole underside of the car was cleaned and painted. The frame is good. The interior looks original that is in decent shape but not perfect. It has nice dash and gauges. The car has tip-out windshield for nice ventilation. It has a very nice & clean engine bay. The water pump has a slight leak for sitting 4 years, however, probably needs tightening. The horn works. It has a clear title with matching numbers. The exhaust is good. The brakes are hydraulic and work good. The car also has the cool wolf whistle. The gas tank and carb were cleaned. It has 6 volt electric fuel pump for reliability and less chance of vapor locking.
