I've been cleaning out my Corral & getting rid of another Project. 50th Anniversary of the Bullit Car !! This one was Born a Acapulco Blue 68 Fastback Originally a 6 Cyl car with Air Conditioning But was converted over to a V8. The guy I bought it from had told me that when he Graduated from High School in 1983 he had Bought this car as a gift to himself. Bought the car in Colorado with the 6 Cylinder in it & drove it back to Michigan. Once it was back in Michigan he had bought a wreaked 68 Mustang GT Coupe & pulled the 390 drivetrain,Rear End, Front Coil Springs,Front Disk Brake set up,Grill with fog-lights, Rims, Gas Cap,Console & Dash Cluster out & installed everything in this car. He enjoyed the car a Few summers while he was going to College & 1 summer he was racing a Car & blew the Motor. So he pulled motor & trans out to have both Rebuilt & the shop ended up burning to the ground.He ended up getting Married & So there sat the car for 28 years in His Parents garage still has the last registered plate on it with registration in glovebox. Kinda like out of sight out of mind. So now Im selling it with a Rare 67 Q Code 428 4bbl that came out of a great running 67 Thunderbird that had 56,000 original miles from Montana. I pulled the motor & cleaned it up & painted it The A on back of Block proves it is a 428 & Now I put in this car. The Motor & trans is just installed for Shipping Purpose only not Running & Driving. Trans casing needs fixed.The one picture of the stuff that goes with car is a box full of Engine Gaskets,Seals, Carb rebuilt kit, Trans Kit, New Oil Pump,Spark plugs Has new Coil & Spark plug wires & Big block motor mounts on motor. New Shocks,There is NOS Wheel lip moldings & Big Block Brake Master cylinder. Also comes with Rear Factory Carpet for trunk that I have been told is a Super Rare Option. Still has the Original Jack. Has New Tires & Freshly Rubbed out with Wax. The car is Super Solid Originally From California Lived in Colorado in the late 70's till Summer of 84 & Then to Michigan & like I said Garaged ever sense.These pics of the snow around is the first time it has seen snow. The car does have some issues like dings & dents but Original Rust Free Quarters,Trunk pans,Floors, Rockers,Torque boxes,All Frame is perfect,Shock Towers Perfect, Cowl clean & nice. Sporting its Original Paint on all of car but passenger side rear. You can see in 1 picture that there is a scrapped spot. There was a little bond filling in a Dent that was a garage door scrape & repainted on that side.The Fenders have a little bit of rust but I'm throwing in a Rust Free pair from Montana as well.The one pic of fenders you just get a pair not all 3.The Original AC Pump & Power Steering Pump is there.And battery tray & area behind has some Rust but comes with NOS panel & Battery tray. You get the Driveshaft & Big Block Radiator that is not shown. All Tinted Glass is good but windshield needs replacing. all trim is there & good but rear corner molding has dings. All lights are good not Cracked. No pits on any of the trim. The Drivers seat & Carpet need replacing but Passenger Seat & Back seat nice. Dash & Cluster & Am/FM Radio Nice. & Console in good condition. All Untouched Plastic is in Perfect No crack condition.The Data tag info says 63A D 2B 15J 71 4 W I accept Paypal only for a $500.00 non refundable Deposit only Due immediately at end of auction.
