Vehicle Detail

Here is a beautiful Honda Goldwing 1200GL Interstate edition, with 27,623 actual miles. If you do the math, this bike has been driven 812 miles per year!!! (see photo of odometer and title) This bike has been taken care of. the paint is shiny and smooth, and the pinstriping is tight, sharp, and complete. This bike has BRAND NEW Dunlop tires. (see photo) The brakes and calipers/pistons on the Goldwing are BRAND NEW. All Work Done by MadNutz Motorsports of Leeds, Utah. This Goldwing needs a new interior clutch. The bike starts, revs, shifts into gear, but does not transfer power to the rear wheels. I was told by shop that the interior clutch plate needs to be replaced. I have several other bikes and vehicles, and do not have the time, talent, or desire to undertake such a project. The outside clutch is BRAND NEW. (Again, all work done by James @ MadNutz Motorsports) This bike has a ton of upgrades: -Chrome everywhere. Engine, rotor covers, etc, etc. LOTS of chrome.-USB port for phone charging and music-Kenwood CD player with Bluetooth capabilities-Markland brand Driver's floorboards-Goldwing logo on windshield-Trailer hitch-Engine guard with highway pegs-Running lights everywhere. Lights up like a christmas tree. -Vanity mirror in trunk in still in tact. (Rare to find unbroken)-Includes both Clymer and Haynes repair manuals-Chrome front fender rail-Chrome bag guards and trunk guard-Iso-comfort grips-Chrome speaker covers on dash-Long whip antenna-I have some extra res lenses and accessories in a box I'll throw in. -Bike appears to have switch for air shocks, but I'm not sure how it works. -There is some kind of helmet-to-helmet speaker capabilities, but again, I have never used it and do not know how it works. -This bike has tons of clean storage space. You could fit damn near anything you need for a week-long trip in all the storage spaces. Why is the asking price so low? Because I am aware of the fact that the overwhelming majority of bidders will have to ship this bike to their location, and have clutch repair conducted. I am taking that into account, and just want to move this out of my garage so I can store and work on my other rides. I have had numerous vehicles shipped in and out of this location, so I understand the cost that will be incurred. I think my price is very fair when taking all that into consideration. The starting bid is set quite low. Bike has original GA title, (GA no longer issues titles for vehicles built prior to 1985), dealer reassignment sheet, and original registrations, bill of sale, etc. Bike has had a very well documented life. This motorcycle was someone's pride and joy prior to clutch going out. It is SHARP. Looks new. Pics make paint look steel blue, but I think it is more gunmetal grey. Starts, runs, and shifts into gear fine. All signals, horn, equipment and lights working at time of this posting. I do not ride this bike, nor am I a 'Goldwing fan'. I'm just looking to sell it to someone who knows something about these big touring bikes and will enjoy it. This bike is 34 years old, so it is not showroom new, but it is incredibly nice. I have never seen another on the road this clean and well-outfitted for it's age. I will work with the shipper of your choice. I am close to Las Vegas, NV. Please view pics and read standard disclaimer below: Standard disclaimer for motorcycles:I will NOT ship overseas. Don't even ask. Motorcycle is sold with no warranty implied or otherwise offered. Motorcycle is sold AS-IS, with no returns or refunds offered. Pre-bid inspection is welcomed and offered. Any injury suffered by bidder, purchaser, test-driver or their agent on said motorcycle during riding, sitting on, loading or unloading motorcycle is the sole responsibility of that person, and no fault shall be assumed by seller. Please email, call or text with all questions. I am open, honest, and happy to speak with you. $100 down payment is due within 48 of auction close. Full payment shall be due within one week of auction close, or before title and motorcycle shall be released to buyer. No personal checks. On Feb-06-18 at 09:08:21 PST, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention the bike has adjustable front headlight. There is a dial on dash that moves the light up and down. Kind of cool for the highway. I do not know if the bike has working switch-adjustable air shocks or not. The shocks are in great shape and comfy, but I'm not sure if one of the switches on dash adjusts them or not.
