1972 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser This is a decent mostly complete original condition FJ40- IN NEED OF RESTORATION. It was running and driving but began to have an engine knock and loss of power while I was out cruising around. I've began to investigate the knock noise and haven't discovered what has caused it. The push rods seem in good condition. Please don't email me asking what exactly is wrong with engine. May need engine rebuild or might be something minor. Buyer to tow or transport to their destination. I can help recommend shippers if needed. -Please review all pics closely. What you see is what you get. -New Ignition -New Battery -Brakes Seem Good -Transmissions shifts well through all the gears - 3 speed on the floor-No Top. No Doors. No Rear Jump Seats. No Spare Tire Carrier. -Original Straight 6 -NEEDS ENGINE WORK-Non Original Carb and Missing Air Filter & holder -Seems to be Original Paint -Mileage shows 20399. So I'm assuming 120K -Nice 15" Rims / 33" Tires not in great condition. -Has Rust issues on body but frame in good condition. Drivers & Passenger floors seem in decent condition. Solid floors. Rust issues don't seem too bad but would need some body fabrication work. -Has Rust Issues on rear 1/4 Panels and rear end, front fender and a couple in rear cargo floor.(Please review pics carefully or email direct for more pics) -CLEAN California Title & Registration. Note* (I'm still waiting for title to arrive in mail from DMV) -BUYER will need to tow or transport home.
