Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is this original 1925 Ford Model 'T' Doctor's Coupe. This is a very rare untouched 'T' with original paint and interior. It's hard to find in this original state. The car starts up easily each time with no smoking at any time. The car runs & idles cool and smooth. And when switched over to magneto it doesn't miss a beat. It has the original planetary transmission and it works as it should in low, reverse and high speed, with no slipping or chattering. The body of the car is solid with no bondo or patch panels. The paint looks good although has some cracking from age. The glass is excellent and windows roll up & down nicely. The doors close great and click shut good. The wooden spoke wheels are excellent & the tires are good. The interior is original material and in decent shape, amazing for a 93 yr. old car. The car has a speedo & very handy and pricey 'fat man' steering wheel, making it much easier to get in & out of the car. The lights and gauges all work along with a working original horn. This is a real survivor car that starts easily, runs great, stops good and still has its original paint and upholstery, just amazing. The car has an electric starter & a brand new battery.
