1972 Triumph TR 6 / Convertible / Pimento Red / Black Top / Black Interior / Black Carpet / Runs & Drives Like a TR Should. This TR 6 was purchased new in 1972 in Roanoke, Virginia at Webb Import Motors on Williamson Road. It's been in Virginia now for 46 years. The body on this TR looks very good with nice closing doors. Paintwork is the original paint code color (Pimento Red) is new with plenty of gloss. The Cars interior trim has newer carpets, door panels dash cover, seat covers and a roll bar. The Black top is in good condition except one small tear on the right side behind right door. Comes with a excellent black tonneau cover, Luggage rack. All the instruments, lighting are in working order. Engine starts easily with use of hand choke, idles good, revs up nicely with good oil pressure, runs cool idling as well as in hot weather. The engine department is clean and stock in appearances. Brakes, Clutch, Suspension all feel and are in good working condition. AM/FM radio, heater, seat belts, floor mats and mirrors. The under-body is solid and clean.This TR is ready to enjoy driving now. Some pictures are while the TR was in my shop being reconditioned. The number 72 on the doors and hood is made out of magnet material that you can remove quickly without damage to the paint. Front spoiler, radio, bumpers have all been put on car.
