This is one of the nicest 2002 cars you will find. It has been meticulously maintained by Lexus service centers its entire life. My father purchased this car new for his retirement and I acquired it several years ago as a local / commuter car. We are the only two owners. I have records of most of the service since its acquisition. It has never been in an accident, flood or anything like that. + Purchased loaded with luxury features including leather and burled wood interior; NAV; airbags; heated leather seats, front and back; power windows; sunroof; cruise control; alarm; power and auto retracting side mirrors; electric tilt/telescoping steering wheel; nine way power driver seat, can move passenger seat up and back from driver side which is neat; spare tire (never used); first aid kit; roadside tool kit; front and rear floor mats. ++ Four new Michelin Premier tires installed in October 2017 (cost = $950) that have about 4,000 miles on them, and new battery installed last week. Passed inspection without any issues in December 2017. +++ Two added aftermarket features installed by DJ Autosound of Portchester, NY. Firstech remote start and auxiliary input for Iphone to connect directly to stereo and provides power to phone. Together these cost $922.43. Car comes with two remote starts and two keys. The car is in terrific condition but it does have some blemishes I wanted to report, in full disclosure- INTERIORThe remote power lock/unlock works for all doors except the driver doorRear speakers buzz at high volume (I set fader to front so you don't notice)EXTERIORMinor scratches on roof; graze scratch/dent on front left bumper; small crack in front spoilerCrack / discoloration to passenger mirror, but it's fully functional Also, the car has a sensor that adjusts your breaking in a tailspin. It failed and I did not replace it. Breaks otherwise work fine, and since I have never been in a tailspin I don't know what I am missing. This does causes the engine light to illuminate. I can supply you the 85K and 75K mile services from Lexus of Greenwich. I can probably dig out all of the service records going back to 2002. I also have the original owners manual in its leather case. The total I cited included a couple other services. Sorry about that. They were installed with 84,559 miles on the car so they have about 4,800 miles on them. ** someone asked about the sensor I referenced for anti tailspin, which is how it was described to me. I just called Lexus and it is the "right rear wheel speed sensor," also called the VSC, which has failed. Again I have not noticed this one bit, other than the light on the dash. *** the recent inspection / emissions was for the State of Connecticut.
