AND ALL QUESTION ( FOR THIS PRICE ON THIS CAR AS OLD AS IT IS PLEASE NO COMPLAINERS, BASICALLY IT IS WAS YOU SEE ) SOLD AS IS NO TITLE this is a true "garage find" THIS IS A WONDERFUL ONE OWNER CAR WITH THE MILES AS LOW AS YOU'LL FIND ,THE MILEAGE IS SCRATCHED INTO THE FILTER IN 1997 AND JUST ABOUT 100 MILES WERE PUT ON THE CAR , ITS BEEN IN A GARAGE ,THEN DONATED BY THE FAMILY TO A CHARITY , I PURCHASED THE CAR DIRECTLY FROM THE CHARITY AND HAVE A GA BILL OF SALE AS OWNER SHIP, THE PERSON WHO PICKED THIS CAR UP TOLD E SOME HISTORY ABOUT THIS CAR AND I BELEIVE THE MILES TO BE TRUE AND A ONE OWNER VEHICLE, ITS RUST FREE ,THERE IS A TINY SPOT MY FINGER POINTS OUT WHERE THE TOP RUBBED AND THAT SEAM HAD A FILLER FROM THE FACTORY,,,, ITS VERY SMALLTHE PANELS FLOORS ARE SOLID ,the paint is scratched and needs buffed out a pro maybe can repair and match things to keep it original as possible ,it needs a new top they are about 250 dollars ITS A FACTORY AC CAR, WITH A CLOCK, AND A NICE ORIGINAL TRUNK RACK, I HAVE THE CENTER EMBLEMS FOR THE WHEELS THE TRUCK IS FULL OF HISTORY WITH REPAIR MANUALS ETC.THE MOTOR HAS NOT BEEN RUN OR ATTEMPTED TO BE STARTED SINCE 1997 I FEEL THE PERSON WHO IS GOING TO RESTORE THIS CLASSIC NEEDS TO ATTEND TO THAT PROPERLY ,FUEL LINE ETC. AND THE SPARK PLUGS NEED REMOVED AND SOME MARVEL MYSTERY OIL SAOKED IN THE CYLINDERS PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING , ( IF I GET THE RUNNING THE PRICE GOES UP BIG TIME ) THE BRAKES WILL ALSO ALL NEED REMOVED AND REPLACED DUE TO THE AGE REMEMBER ITS BEEN SITTING LIKE A TIME CAPSULE AND WILL NEED PROPERLY SERVICE FOR THAT REASON ,ITS NEVER BEEN ABUSED THAS OBVIOUSIT HAS A WEBER CARB, NEW TIRES ,THE OLD ONES WOULNDT HOLD AIR, THE MANUALS, THE SPARE ,EVERYTHING IS THERE, ITS BEEN KEPT INDOORS , THE ONLY THING I DID WAS CLEAN THIS CAR , I can photo anything you want or video the car I do not have a rack it s fluids were full when I got it and it doesn't leak its still in a garage I can arrange storage until pick up or delivery THIS IS A HARD FIND PIECE OF HISTORY , AND WAS SOMEONES PRIDE AND JOY ,IT HAD A MILITARY STICKER ON THE BUMPER AND BELONGED TO AN OLDER PERSONITS SOLD AS IS AND NEEDS A PARTIAL RESORATION AT LEAST IT DOES NOT RUN AND HAS NOT RAN SINCE 1997 THIS CAR IS BEING SOLD ON A BILL OF SALE ,IT WAS REGISTERED IN GA AND HAD A GA REGISTRATION AT ONE TIME A TITLE ON THESE OLD CARS IN THE SOUTH IS NOT REQUIRED ,I HONESTLY DONT KNOW IF IT EVER HAD ONE BUT ONE CAN BE PUT ON IT DEPENDING ON YOUR STATES LAWS I WILL SUPPLY THE BUYER A SC BILL OF SALE ON THIS CAR FROM THE DMV OR A HAND WRITTEN ONE , I KNOW THE HISTORY OF THE VEHICLE FROM THE CHARITY TO ME ONLY AND THAT IT WAS DONATEDIT NEEDS A TOP THE OLD ONE IS DRY ROTTED MAY BE REPAIREDITS HAD SOME PAINTING DONE TO IT BUT WAS BLUE AND SOME OF THE PANELS LOOK TO BE ORIGINAL PAINT SOLD AS A PROJECT CAR ,REBUILDABLE COMPLETE CAR IT REALLY AWESOME AND WITH VERY LITTLE WORK COULD BE DRIVEN AS IS AND RESTORED OR JUST LOVED I can help with shipping on the east coast you may consider a closed trailer or someone who will cover the car and wrap it good in a tarp it does not run so shipper will need a trailer with a wench I have a friend who does the east coast deliveries a major hauler will not be able to get a tractor trailer on my property for pick up please keep all this in mind On Jan-05-18 at 10:00:50 PST, seller added the following information: NO reserve , needs restored ,but its a nice time capsule,, NO RUSTED PANELS some assistance can be offered on shipping depending on location and weather at delivery point, happy bidding, shes gonna sell !!!!! On Jan-06-18 at 11:57:25 PST, seller added the following information: today on Saturday December 6 2017, I went ahead and pulled the plugs , gave each one a squirt of marvel mystery oil for safety , and removed the belt , took and a 1-5/16th wrench on the front of the motor and it turned freely and effortlessly back and forth to confirm motor was not seized , the plugs looked good , I took some pictures of the plugs and installed each one in the exact place it came from , the motor looks like it was in a time shell, once the fuel system and carb have been maintained and cleaned old fuel out and the electrical spark checked ,fresh fuel added it should start, however ,its gonna smoke now until the marvel mystery oil burns out of the cylinders, anyway the rings have been hit with a quick lube and the motor is freeit still a car that's been sitting and will need properly put back into service , I did this because more than one person ask if the motor was frozen , it is not and was free spinning and was not stuck I have a 25 second video of it on my phone also the manufacture date is 9/1979 which means I believe it was an early 1980 and does have ac that's kinda rare on a drop top its a complete car and the trunk rack is in nice shape , I have lots more pictures and some from today , just ask ill send them if I didn't mention it I can recommend a shipper ,if your real close I could possible do it ask before you buy or handle that yourself , thanks thank you I donate profits to charity
