The air-cooled, 16-valve double overhead cam with pent-roof combustion chambers was fed by four 32mm Keihin carburetors.The 2-speed transfer case means 10 forward gears, giving CB900C riders incredible flexibility in gearing. It also went a long way toward the bike’s reasonable fuel economy. Kept in “high” range, reports of 50mpg were common. The Pros:This bike is in great condition, gets great gas mileage,10 speed hi/lo shifter (collectable and very rare). 31,165 original miles, motor is clean and solid, lots of chrome on the bike all looks good. dual front disk brakes, single disk rear - nothing missing on the bike. Air shocks front and rear. Great compression The cons:Rear Air shock seals are bad and need replacement. (front are good)It has a small dent in the right front side of the tank (fixable) It needs a new back tire. It ran just over a year ago, but carbs will need cleaned, I have cleaned out the tank but not sealed it. The paint is original, but has fading on the top and some of the decals are peeling, the Seat is cracking and will need recovered...more pics available if you email me.
