Vehicle Detail

1966 Lincoln Continental Convertible Luxury 4 Door Suicide Convertible This 1966 Lincoln Continental convertible is finished in original Arctic White over a black leather interior. Power comes from Lincoln's largest sedan engine, the renowned Ford 462/7.6 L V8, with 3-speed automatic transmission. This engine has been almost completely rebuilt. This Lincoln has all the options of its day. The options include 6-way dual power seats with a center armrest, power antenna, push-button AM/FM radio, dual exhaust, heater and leather seating. 1966 was the last year that leather seats were standard in the convertible. 1966 was also the first year that a glass was incorporated in the convertible top. The car was professionally repainted two years ago. The car was matched with original manufacturer paint. All stainless trim and chrome was removed and polished. Frame and undercarriage is solid. Tires are brand new. Brake lines were replaced. New brake shoes and rotors. The car is 95% restored. The remaining 5% is electrical and minor cosmetics. Please see 24 detailed pictures and full video of the car below. This classy car is ready to be driven and enjoyed! It was recently serviced. Odometer shows 104,000. The car has some original paperwork (original window sticker and warranty). This 1966 Lincoln is in overall good shape and just needs someone to bring it to its full glory. It gets great compliments wherever it goes!
