Vehicle Detail
Van was taken to mechanic 5 years ago and he never finished project. I have had it back in my possession for 4 years, as you see it. It started its life as a frozen foods fleet delivery in Florida, as you can see by the vent. No dents or scratches. Zero rust. Missing key, airbags & gauge cluster. All motor parts are there & in the van. Motor was taken out by mechanic, he installed new head gaskets & ARP head studs. Other than Motor the van is in A+ shape. Van is located in Fairhope Alabama, 36532. Will assist with shipping carriers, Domestic Only. Nothing overseas. $1000 nonrefundable deposit due 24hrs after auction via PayPal, wire transfer or cash. Van is for sale locally, I have the right to end auction early. On Dec-17-17 at 17:14:51 PST, seller added the following information: I'm getting several questions about this so I figured I would add it here: First off, the headlights, grill and bumper etc. are in the van and undamaged. I bought the van from a dealer in Michigan. He bought it from Florida with some other vehicles. I bought it from him, drove if for 4 months when it started being sluggish and could hear the turbo not spooling. I took it to a diesel mechanic who just opened, he ran a code check and all of the typical 6.0 codes came up-EGR, HPOP, Turbo etc. No check engine light. I took gauge cluster out to see why. I took it apart and found that some bitchface filled the check engine light port with black silicone. I cleaned the silicone out and put the cluster back together. As i was doing this I realized that I paid 25k for something that was worth 10k...there was a hammer on my work bench, no more gauge cluster. let me know if there are any other questions. Thanks!
