345 V8 in great working condition, transmission is in good shape, frame is near perfect - Spent it's entire life in North Carolina. Tires and Rims are almost brand new. I have new inner and outer rockers, new floor pans for both sides that will need to be installed.Back Quarters need to be replaced. This is a great Scout 2 and I wish I was able to finish it.We are moving soon and I can't take it with me.
