Given I’m very biased toward my first love Porsche, I cannot deny that there is just something about the driving experience of a Ferrari. From first touch of the leather appointments, to that first growl of the engine.... it never ceases to make the hair stand up on my arms (and I have hairy arms). This unit being presented in front of you encompasses all of that. The F360 the precursor to the F430 and predecessor to the F355, is to me where Ferrari started to get back to the “exotic” feel that I think was muted in the F355. When you stand in front of it you can take in the width and flow of the front end and lower front splitter, flowing down the sides into the ductwork that just blends into the quarter panels... you get the feeling of how exhilarating the drive is going to be. With first fire with the help from the CAPRISTO EXHAUST, the elegant shapes becomes a bit more monster like. When you first accelerate you get to a sweet spot in the RPM range where the growl turns to more of a symphony of sound that you wish wouldn’t go away with the blip of the paddle which is eminent.
