We have owned this car since 2004 and have replaced the engine with another that had 72,000 miles on it. It was an extra car for us, driven rarely and garage kept. Tires have less than 5000 miles on them. Unfortunately it was flooded in Hurricane Harvey. I do not know the impact of a flooded car but in discussion with local dealer they believe it likely can not be recovered. The car was dried out as best we could and we did not attempt to start it after water receded after approximately 20 hours in up to 30" of water or into the lower half of the dashboard. Harvey was a rain event and the car was in the garage therefore water was cleaner then river water or salt water. I do not know if that matters. I believe the vehicle would be a source of OEM parts as you can assess from the photos. Prior to the flood all parts were in good working order including the convertible top mechanism. The top has a new liner and there is one worn spot on the canvas top plus it had a 1 year old Interstate battery. This is an as-is sale as we did not attempt to state the car or test any electronic parts. I believe electronic parts below 30"will not work in their current condition.
