Up for auction and offered with NO RESERVE we have a beautifully kept 1984 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit. rust free, California car with a clear title. With under 117,000 miles showing on the odometer. The interior is red in color and very complete. There are no tears or major imperfections. The door panels are in good condition, The rear panels are excellent and complete with cigarette lighters in each. The headliner and sun visors are perfect. Overall the interior has been kept really nice considering it age. The interior wood panels are complete, the drivers’ and passengers’ door upper window sill veneer is starting to become pitted and the dash veneer is starting to crack in places but it’s not peeling away from the wood, and still looks more than acceptable. The trunk space is spacious, tidy. The dash is complete with all original gauges that function accurately. The radio, clock, seat controls, interior lights, and A/C all work. All windows wind up and down as they should. The headlights, side lights, brake lights, all work and the indicators self- cancel. The push horn is also functional. The fact that this Silver Spirit is low miles and has been very well maintained is evident when you drive the car. It starts right up with the turn of the key, and no red warning lights are glaring back at you. The transmission drops into gear without hesitation or alarming noises. As you pull away, the steering is light, responsive, and the engine feels strong yet nearly silent in operation as only a Rolls Royce could be. Once on the road it seems to glide as the suspension is so tight and nothing is bonking or clunking as you go over bumps in the road. The brakes lines are in need of attention. Truly this car is a joy to drive. Overall this Silver Spirit is an excellent example of why the Rolls Royce is the best premium luxury vehicle of its time. Even now I don’t know that any car is made with this much thought and attention put into every single little detail.
