I cannot believe I'm doing this but I'm selling my beloved 1984 Toyota Land Cruiser These Toyotas are hard to find & this one's a great project for someone to restore or use as a hunting rig. Everything works as it should, standard four-speed transmission, very low gear and it's really made for going off road. I've done minimal work to it for the last few years that I've had it included only beefed up leave springs in the rear end so it doesn't sag to the ground and I've done routine maintenance. The in-line six is strong and smooth. This thing is heavier than the other lane cruiser's that I've had which I've had three. This things simply a beast. I’ve had it 7 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have thought about restoring it was self, I realize my limitations in time and effort and energy I just don't have it right now to do. Therefore I need to sell it . First the good, it's a daily driver it starts up every time I turn it over and it runs just fine. Has no leaks. Mechanically sound overall. Has good tires. Is in good working order. Many times I can't drive through town without getting compliments on the Rig from others who want one like it The bad, it has rust as expected in these rigs here in the Midwest and in need of some repair work done in that. The EGR valve sticks a little bit in cold weather but once it warms up it releases and runs perfectly fine and idles afterward like it should As I mentioned and as you see from the pictures it's a daily driver, I have not cleaned it so you see what you get. It has areas of rest under the rockers in the rear quarter panel's, the frame is dirty but I cannot see any rust through, no rust in rain gutters, and due to the fact I'm not gonna repair it I need to sell it and let someone that's going to be able to use it get use of the restoration or hunting rig or whatever you will I have no intentions on being deceptive about anything so with any questions please contact me.
