Vehicle Detail
Please read Q& A and comment at bottom firstCar has been in 2 low-speed collisions. Both times minor front/side component/exterior damageZERO frame or body or door opening or suspension or powertrain damage.Car was driveable in both instances, no airbag deploys (so indication of low severity)But repairs take time and kinks to be ironed out.And they were,,,, All work done at Honda body shop/insurance-approved shop. I have all the repair work details of parts replaced if needed. and SINCE then NO issues as they were prior to the incidentsFelt like I had a new car :) with all the new parts. (radiator, condenser, rad support, hood, front fender, rear side fender, trunk lid, rear lights, side lamps, door front and rear pass. side, headlamps)Steering, suspension etc all intact..brake lines intact...fuel...drivetrain...engine...electronics...rear glass, windshield and windshield wipers (yes those too) ALL UNDAMAGEDSince these incidents, 29 and 17 months back...the car has CONTINUED to run trouble-free SINCE then NO issues 17mths/28K miles hencethere has been no water damage either NO floodingDeclaring above up-front so that nothing is withheld.Priced at KBB fair-good condition although is in very good condition (would have been excellent condition if not for the above; am being realistic even though there are zero issues; all in the eye of the beholder and perception about high mileage etc. ) No returns accepted for this car. Buyer arranges and pays for shipping after full cleared payment. Thanks for looking!Update:Q: Hello , the accident was bad ? And any light on dashboard ?Oct-05-17A: Every accident looks (emphasize looks) bad when it happens. in this case car was driveable both times, no air bag deployment no fuel leak no suspension damage no body damage. Door skin, glass, fenders, radiator, a/c condenser, bumper, taillights...I have the complete records of what was replaced. Someone stopped by yesterday and was using his hands (!) to measure gaps between the wheels and fenders to tell me to sell for less. I showed him that the gaps are equal as in a new car left hand to right hand side. The car drives perfect. If no one knew of the accidents they would never be able to know or tell. But since people know they think and wonder and try to find something wrong when there isn't like the person yesterday who came to look. I took a tape measure and the distances are all the same. HAS to be otherwise the car would not go in straight line and it would be bump and bounce all over the place. Alignment is all fine too. It is all in the mind for folks who learn about the accidents. yes some accidents can be bad. In this case it rates the first accident more simply because the repair shop took more time to fix it and yes the cost was more because of the side doors and glass. Back glass and deck lid were ok. Again, just because I told the buyer (I was honest) about the accidents up front, he already had made up his mind and came looking for things to find wrong and bargain a lower price. I told him if you want an accident-free car then go look for one but don't bargain because it had an accident and then try to prove to me something that is imaginary just because you want a lower price (it only means the accident did not matter just that he wanted a lower price and was using the accident as an excuse to negotiate-typical human psych) light on dashboard?...all lights work..pics w/ key in on position and then with engine running. Honda dealership records from Oct. 2012 (4 years of records are kept by dealerships) = 0 issues before and after accident If one cannot ascribe or detect performance issues for something they THINK exists, then it does not just by association. there is no such thing as it HAS to have an issue or SHOULD have an issue as the buyer who came to drive down the price claiming a structural analysis background (using hands for measuring distance between a circular wheel and a non-circular wheel well opening (non-constant distance!)
