2001 Jeep Wrangler TJ. Hard top with rear wiper/ washer/defroster 4.0 6 cylinder engine. 5 speed manual transmission Dana 44 rear differential, 3.73:1 ratio Dana 30 front differential, 3.73:1 ratio We’ve owned this Jeep for two years and put only 5000 miles on it. Other than occasional gravel roads, we’ve never taken it off road. The body is straight and the undercarriage is remarkably clean. Previous owner installed a removable tow bar and towed it behind his motor home. Looking under this Jeep shows no signs it has seen any severe off road use or exposure to salt. No suspension or drivetrain modifications. Steering and suspension are tight. Tires are excellent. NO RUST !! This is basically a stock “survivor” Jeep but there are a few aftermarket items added: Pro Comp 31x10.5x15 tires and wheels (including spare). McGard locking lug nuts. Quadratec Step Bars. Window vent shades. Receiver hitch. Removable front tow bar. Husky Liners. Spare tire cover. Since this was my wife’s Jeep, I went over it to make sure it was reliable. OEM parts were used wherever possible. All fluids and filters are fresh. Cooling system rebuilt. New radiator, serpentine belt, hoses, thermostat & housing, water pump, overflow tank, pressure cap, fan clutch, pulleys, belt tensioner, etc. A/C hoses. Battery and Starter Valve cover gasket. Front Axle: replaced seals, bearings, ball joints and U-joints. Rear Axle: new spider gears, bearings, seals, and U-joints. Ignition switch, lock and actuator pin. 4 new immobilizer keys. Hard top rear window seal and new lift struts. Muffler, tail pipe, hangers. Clutch slave cylinder. Exterior mirrors. Spark plugs / tune up. Steering stabilizer. Engine compartment light.
