You are bidding on a very clean 1983 VW Vanagon that spent most its life in New Mexico used by New Mexico university to transport students for sports on short distance. The van has its original seats, paint and carpet and really shows nice since it was not stored outside. I bought this van thinking to put a 3.0 Porsche engine in to it and when I got the van it was too good to butcher and ended up using it as an advertisement for my business. The van is extremely clean and I changed the clutch about 2,000 miles ago and has new tires about 3,000 miles a go. It's been serviced regularly including tune up and oil change. The front driver seat has loose stitch the original exterior paint shows some tear and wear. I would not hesitate to drive the van anywhere. Personal inspection is welcomed before bidding.
