Up for auction is my 1959 Ford Fairlane Galaxy. The family and I really dont want to sell her but we just purchased our home so we have no choice. I've owned this car for almost 17 years now. It was a daily driver for me for many of those 17 years but rarely drove it the last couple of years. It had tags and was registered but I placed it on Non-OP with the DMV at the end of June when the current tags expired. Car still runs great. 352 engine running strong. Will need carburetor work or maybe just a good cleaning, starter misses at times and some of the lights turn on but some do not, not sure if bad connections or bad bulbs. On recent test drives I noticed it is pulling to the left when braking. It has power steering system but it is missing one of the lines. No motor oil leaks that I can tell. New fuel tank with under 200 miles. New tires with under 200 miles as well. Interior in good shape as you can see from the pictures. I had the car painted back in '07/'08 but it was not great quality. No major rust anywhere that I can tell.
