Selling my 1996 Honda Foreman 400. Engine runs great but the carburetor needs a good cleaning. It starts and runs but will flood out at times. I think the float is sticking or a jet is clogged. It has a working winch and I have two plows for it. It's missing a few body plastic bolts here and there. It's full time 4x4 & pulls like a mule. No engine leaks but carburetor will leak at the overflow at times. Probably because of float sticking. The oil was changed 6 months ago and only ran it for an hour after that. New battery was also installed 6 months ago with trickle charge. I can't find the the PA title but I am law enforcement so I promise you that it is not stolen. I will provide bill of sale.
