THERE IS NO CLEAR COAT ISSUES ON THE WHOLE TRUCK AND THIS TRUCK LOOKS LIKE AN ORIGINAL PAINT TRUCK, BUT AS YOU GO AROUND THE TRUCK AND LOOK CLOSE IT HAS BEEN REPAINTED AT ONE POINT, BUT TRULY LOOKS LIKE ORIGINAL PAINT. THE PAINT HAS THE EXACT LOOK AS OUR ORIGINAL PAINT TRUCKS AND MOST WOULD BELIEVE IT IS THE ORIGINAL 1995 BORN WITH PAINT. THE PAINT IS SMOOTH AND DEEP WITH NO ORANGE PEEL, THIN AREAS, TAPE LINES OR MIS-COLORING AND HAS THE WEAR OF A WELL CARED AFTER 22 YEAR OLD TRUCK WITH EQUAL WEAR ALL AROUND THE ENTIRE TRUCK. THERE IS NO INDICATION WHY, SO ON OUR GUESS WOULD BE IT WAS REPAINTED BY FORD AS ONE OF THE LARGE AMOUNT OF VEHICLES THAT WERE PART OF THE FACTORY RECALL DUE TO THE CLEAR COAT LIFTING ISSUES FORD, DODGE AND GM HAD IN THE 90'S. THIS HAS CLEARLY BEEN A GARAGED WELL LOOKED AFTER AND CARED FOR TRUCK SINCE AND IT IS EVIDENT BY HOW CRYSTAL CLEAR THE HEADLIGHTS ARE ALONG WITH THE FRONT CORNER LIGHTS AND TAIL LIGHTS THAT ARE STILL GLOSS AND SMOOTH TO THE TOUCH. THE EXTERIOR PLASTICS OF THE LIGHTS ON THIS ERA OF THE FORD ARE USUALLY THE FIRST TO FADE AND AGE IF NOT GARAGED AND CARED FOR. BOTH DOORS SHUT TIGHT AND SOLID WITH NO HINGE ISSUES AND THIS TRUCK HAS PERFECT FACTORY PANEL GAPS ALL AROUND THE DOORS, FENDERS, HOOD AND FRONT LIGHTS. THIS 95 FORD COMES FULLY LOADED WITH EDDIE BAUER AND XLT TRIM PACKAGES THAT HAS ALL THE EXTERIOR CHROME, FULLY POLISHED ALCOA WHEELS WITH 31" BFG ALL TERRAIN TIRES AND ALL WRAPPED IN THIS HARD TO FIND ICONIC FACTORY TWO TONE COLOR OPTIONS. MOST OF THE EXTERIOR BLACK TRIM IS NICE AND BLACK ALONG WITH THE CUT OUTS IN THE GRILLE, BUT THE CENTER FRONT BUMPER PLASTICS ARE STARTING TO FADE ALONG WITH THE PLASTIC BEDLINER THAT IS THE MOST FADED, BUT UNDERSTANDINGLY SO. THE INTERIOR OF THE BED HAS BEEN PROTECTED SINCE NEW BY A FORD DROP IN BEDLINER, THE FRONT BULKHEAD OF THE BED IS NICE AND STRAIGHT AS IS THE REAR TAILGATE THAT OPENS AND CLOSES NICE AND SMOOTH WITH CLEAN AND FREE HINGES AND A FULL DIAMOND PLATE TAILGATE PROTECTOR AND BED RAIL COVERS. THIS F150 IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE, BUT HAS BEEN A USED AND DRIVEN TRUCK , SO IT DOES HAVE SOME SIGNS OF WEAR WITH SOME TYPICAL SMALL STONE CHIPS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A PEN TIP THAT YOU WILL SEE IF YOU GET REALLY CLOSE MAINLY LOCATED ON THE FRONT VALANCE, ON BOTTOM PEWTER AREA AFTER THE TIRES, JUST A COUPLE ALONG THE FRONT OF HOOD AND A COUPLE ON THE TOPSIDE OF HOOD. THE FRONT OF HOOD HAS A SCRATCH ON THE DRIVER CORNER ALONG WITH ONE MORE TOWARD THE FRONT CENTER JUST AS THE HOOD STARTS TO ROUND DOWN AND IT ALSO HAS A COUPLE LITTLE SURFACE SCRATCHES ON THE TOPSIDE OF THE HOOD. THE DRIVER FENDER HAS A SCRATCH JUST ABOVE THE WHEEL WELL TRIM, THERE IS SOME SMALL SCUFFS AND CHIPS IN THE PAINT OF THE CENTER AREA OF THE DRIVER DOOR BETWEEN THE TOP BODY LINE AND THE LOWER MOLDING LIKE THEY PARKED IN A TIGHT GARAGE AND BUMPED INTO SOMETHING ONCE IN A WHILE UPON EXITING THE VEHICLE. BOTH DOORS HAVE SOME ENTRY CHIPS ON THE OUTER DOOR EDGES AND SMALL SURFACE SCRATCHES NEAR THE HANDLE AND KEY AREA. THERE IS A SOFT DING WITH NO PAINT DAMAGE JUST UNDER THE DRIVER DOOR HANDLE AND NEAR THE REAR GAS DOOR AND THE DRIVER BEDSIDE HAS SOME SMALL SURFACE SCRATCHES JUST ABOVE THE WHEEL WELL TRIM THAT IS VERY HARD TO SEE AND YOU HAVE TO BE AT A SIDE ANGLE TO SEE THEM, SO THEY PROBABLY WOULD COME OUT. BOTH BED SIDES HAVE A FEW SMALL CHIPS IN THE PAINT NEAR THE TAIL LIGHTS AND THE TOP OF TAILGATE HAS SOME CHIPS AND SCUFFS IN THE PAINT ALONG WITH AROUND THE TAILGATE OPENING AREAS. THE REAR BUMPER HAS SOME SCUFFS IN THE CHROME ON THE PASSENGER SIDE CORNER AND THE CENTER BLACK PLASTIC PIECE NEAR THE BALL HAS SOME MARKS AND SCUFFS. THERE IS TWO SCRATCHES ON THE RIGHT BEDSIDE JUST BEFORE THE TAIL LIGHT, ONE ABOVE THE WHEEL WELL AND A SCUFF IN THE LOWER PINSTRIPE AT THE VERY FRONT OF THE BED. THE DASH HAS A VERY TINY SLIT IN THE VERY TOP OF THE VINYL PIECE THAT SITS ABOVE THE GLOVE BOX, A SMALL AREA OF WEAR UNDER THE RADIO AND IN THE TOP LITTLE CUBBIE AREA. BOTH DOOR PANELS ARE IN NICE SHAPE WITH NO SUN FADING, BIG SCRATCHES HOLES OR SCUFFS, THE SILVER TRIM IS NOT WORN LIKE YOU OFTEN SEE AND BOTH HAVE JUST A FEW LITTLE MARKS AND THE PASSENGER OUTER LITTLE STORAGE POCKET HAS A CRACK LESS THEN A INCH LONG. ALL THE INTERIOR TAN TRIM HAS NO SCRATCHES, FADING OR CHIPS AND THE EDDIE BAUER TRIM IS LIKE NEW WITH A BRIGHT SILVER FINISH. EASY TO OPERATE TILT STEERING WITH NO WORN STEERING COLUMN ISSUES AND IT HAS STEERING WHEEL MOUNTED CRUISE CONTROL THAT OPERATES EASILY. THE POWER DOOR LOCK WORK PERFECT, BOTH POWER WINDOWS GO UP AND DOWN FAST, BOTH MIRRORS WORK SMOOTHLY THROUGH THE POWER MIRROR SWITCH AND THE DOOR WING WINDOWS LOCK PROPERLY AND MOVE NICE AND TIGHT. THE SEATS LOOK GOOD AND ARE NICE AND COMFORTABLE WITH NO FOAM BREAKDOWN, NO CUTS OR LOOSE MATERIAL, BUT THE BOTTOM AREAS HAVE RANDOM SMALL LITTLE ROUND MARKS, BUT THEY AREN'T HOLES AND DON'T GO ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE MATERIAL. THEY ARE MORE LOCATED ON THE DRIVER SIDE AND THE BACK OF THE SEATS ONLY HAVE A COUPLE. I'M NOT SURE WHAT THEY COULD BE FROM AND YOUR GUESS IS AS GOOD AS MINE, BUT THIS TRUCK HAD A CLEAN ASH TRAY, DOESN'T SMELL LIKE A SMOKER AND THE TOP OF THE CENTER CONSOLE DOESN'T HAVE ANY AND IF IT WAS FROM A SMOKER YOU WOULD THINK THAT AREA WOULD HAVE THE MOST AND NOT WHERE YOU SIT. THE LAST IMPERFECTION ON THE ENTIRE INTERIOR IS IN THE CARPET WITH SOME TYPICAL FAINT DARKER AREAS IN THE FOOT RESTING SPOTS, ENTRY SIDES AND A COUPLE IN THE CENTER HUMP AREA. OVERALL WITH SOME SMALL IMPERFECTIONS THIS IS STILL A VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE , RESPECTABLE AND UN-TOUCHED 22 YEAR OLD ORIGINAL INTERIOR.
