The engine and transmission needs rebuilt, carburetor clean, regular maintenance, etc. The bike is stuck in second gear and it doesn't roll! The bike has sat for over 7 years since it didn't run. Title is Ohio clean title with with Odometer discrepancy (title reads 99,000 miles). The side car manufacture is unknown. Sorry for little information. This was an abandoned bike.
