This is an extremely clean and excellent running Mustang that has been kept in great shape over the years. The car has no major rust and only contains small areas of surface rust mostly on the undercarriage and lower passenger quarter panel. The vehicle has been mechanically restored over the past year to include the following:-Entire brake system has been replaced to include all lines, dual master cylinder, and disc brake conversion -Front coil springs, rear leaf springs and shackles, front and rear shocks, upper and lower control arms, sway bar bushings, and all steering linkage. -Rebuilt 3 speed shifter, shifts smooth and easy -Balanced drive shaft with new yoke and seal -New gas tank and sending unit-New windshield -New Legendary Wheels with 15" BFG 205X60 The engine was recently rebuilt and the engine bay was detailed to include the following: -Custom exhaust system with header, and Flowmaster series 40 muffler. The car sounds awesome!! -New radiator, hoses, alternator, starter, distributor, plugs and wires, wiring harnesses, voltage regulator I have also upgraded to LED taillights, turn signals, and dash lights. New trunk mat kit, turn signal switch and custom auto sound radio with an I-Pod jack The Palomino interior is in fair condition and I believe it is the original interior with the exception of the dash. Rear seat belts were recently installed. Seats are in great condition considering their age. The Wimbledon white paint is in fair condition and could use a new paint job at some point to make this car really stand out. There are surprisingly only a few small dings around the entirebody (all original sheet metal) and otherwise is a very straight car. A new Palomino vinyl top was installed last year before it was purchased. I have a chance to purchase a beloved vehicle I had sold years back and is the reason I am selling this vehicle.
