I bought this truck in 2003 with 38,000 miles have always changed oil every 3000 miles, never uses oil dip stick is full when oil is changed, never added any between changes Some of the work i have had done on it was high pressure oil pump, rebuilt transmission in 2006 replaced fuel pump (the one at rear of motor) replaced fuel line at motor, I had the glow plugs replaced at 320,990 breaks all around at about 39,000 miles, master cylinder , wire harness, shocks and a new windshield 3 years ago, i have replaced and a few other things It has a heavy duty ladder rack and B & W turnover goose neck hitch I have only moved one trailer with it was a trailer home I have towed a 2 horse trailer a few times towed a 12 foot cargo trailer about 1200 miles other than that no towing was done. mainly was used for a work truck hauled hay on a weekly basis for a few months. engine is stock no chips This truck is the victim of an attempted theft, therefore the wing window is broken out and the steering column shroud is damaged as well as the ignition switch housing as pictures show, also there is an oil leak, my insurance investigator says it's an oil sensing unit but i think it's the dip stick flange O-ring, it was replaced couple years ago but started leaking again because someone didn't put sealant on it... Also when it was towed 3 times because of the attempted theft there is Now a front end shimmy that wasn't there before, the insurance adjuster says it is a wheel bearing the right side, i replaced the left one couple years agotruck is sold as is no guarantee no returns it does need work to get it roadworthy truck starts and runs good. Hood does close all the way i just didn't shut it for pictures When truck was at repair shop the technician did not turn ignition all the way off and did not disconnect battery cables so it ran batteries down, i took them to a auto parts store both battery were bad, only one battery comes with the truck.other one is damaged had to recycle it.. the batteries were 3 years old had another 2 years of life... The headliner sags a little and has a couple holes that i taped up .No spare tire it was stolen when truck was waiting to be picked up by insurance company, it took 8 days for insurance company to pick the truck up.... It was a great truck always started great and always ran good it got good mileage 22- 24 hwy 19 city Truck has a few scratches and dents rear bumper had dent as pict shows , truck has never in a crash except of a deer who broke the grill no damage to the deer , he ran off Hit and run one might say ...
