Vehicle Detail

1930 Model A Ford Pickup truck. This is a driver truck, not a show truck or a restored truck, just a nice driving old truck to have fun with. I have had a lot of fun driving it around the back roads, and on errands. It drives really well, the engine runs good, the transmission shifts very nice, and is quite and the rear axle is quite. The previous owner installed new top wood and new brake linings. The brakes work well. I installed a new top. The truck is painted with a matte black paint, it has no rust, and no attempt was made to fill and finish out any dents, it was just painted as it was. More of a rat rod look I guess, something you dont have to worry about driving. The engine is detailed and tuned up. All lights and horn work.New parts installed in the last year that I can think of include. Radiator hose's and clamps, coil, chrome dash, switch and cable, amp meter, rebuilt speedometer, horn and light rod, spark and throttle rods, floor mat, all new wiring, engine , dash, and light sockets. New bed wood, fuel sediment bowl, fuel lines, fuel shut off, rebuilt Zenith carburetor, generator cut-out, rebuilt water pump, radiator cap, inside and outside mirror's, tailgate chains, hooks, and covers. I am sure I have left off many things. The front seat has a nice older cover, and no other upholstery. If you like the way it looks, you are ready to go with this truck, I cant think of anything it needs. Battery is good, tires are old, but hold air and have been ok for my driving needs. Radiator is good and it does not run hot even in our mid 90 degree heat. Glass is good, passenger door glass does have a crack, new glass channels installed and glass rolls up and down good on both sides. If you have any questions just contact me, I am Joe. Thanks for looking at my old Truck.
