You are bidding on my 1971 OSSA Pioneer 250 c.c., Enduro. I purchased this bike from the original owner. It has been in his possession since day 1. He was an Enduro/woods rider and the bike was kept indoors.It is all original and never been restored. Original Akront rims. Spokes are original. Rims are not bent. original exhaust in good shape. Original skid pan. Original speedometer. Not sure if it works but it is hooked up. Original paint. Original bars, headlight and controls.Although he had not ridden the bike in many years, he told me it should run fine as it was a good runner when he parked it in his garage. I did put a new plug in it, drained the fuel, put fresh fuel in it, and she started up just fine. That said, I am representing this motorcycle as a non-running bike for eBay purposes and for my protection against unwanted scammers on eBay now. Sad to say but it is the truth. So, please expect a non-running bike that you will have to put a little work into to get it running. That is my representation. I have not ridden the bike, but the brakes seem to work fine, the clutch feels good and the bike is shifting through the gears in a standing position with no troubles. The original owner was very confiedent that he has no problems with this bike, but, I cannot represent that, only what he told me. I am not a mechanic!!!This bike is really cool. He has a little woods pack strapped to the tank and in it I found a can of chain lube and a bottle of oil, so please see picture. Amazing time capsule for sure. Then, there is a tool compartment on the back cowling where he has tools stored, pretty cool too. I do not have a title to this old motorcycle. He said he never had one. This was a common practice here in Michigan back in the 70's and 80's with dirt bikes. Dealers never sold them with titles unless the buyer wanted one because the state did not require it, if the buyer did not want to license it. FYI I will provide you with a Notarized Bill of Sale.
