UP FOR AUCTION..... Original 2002 Suzuki GSX-R 600M Telefonica Movistar. This bike is a rare find as it is all original and untouched / unmolested. This bike has 4,500 original miles. Has been verified with VIN check. And you can look at the bike and tell it has low mileage. It literally looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Has the original factory rear fender, factory exhaust canister, factory turn signals, and even has the original factory front reflectors on it! These items are usually taken off or swapped out for aftermarket products. Paint is in flawless condition. There are a few small issues with the bike, read description below and see attached pictures. The bike runs great, starts up every time and rides great on the highway. OWNERSHIPThere were only 500 of these special edition Telefonica Movistar GSXR 600's that were shipped to the United States to offer for sale. There are a lot of them that have been wrecked, or just ended up in the wrong hands and were neglected or beaten up. This is a very rare example of these bikes that was never modified and was well taken care of as it was not ridden very much. The bike has had 3 owners including me. It was originally purchased by a wealthy gentleman that lived in Coral Gables Florida who had it for the majority of it's last 15 years. It was then given to one of his friends, and then I purchased it from that gentleman in Miami Florida. CONDITIONThis bike has been well taken care of, always garage kept, and literally looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Oil was recently changed. There is NO aftermarket parts on this bike of any kind. Tires are like brand new however, they are older tires but have 95% tread left (front and rear) This bike is as it would be if you were purchasing it off the showroom floor in 2002. THE BADDespite the excellent condition of this bike. It does have a few damaged areas. On the left side (clutch side) of the bike, someone laid the bike down at slow speed (I was told it happened while approaching a stop sign, the person slipped and dropped the bike around 5mph). There is some road rash on the left side fairing as well as some road rash on the stator cover (see detailed pictures above). Also on both the left and right side of the front fender, there are 2 plastic piece that have been cracked off close to the front axle (see detailed pictures above). This may be a result of the previous owner laying the bike down, but I have seen this happen to older model GSXR's from stones / rocks from the road. But it's hard to tell. There are a few small scratches on the exhaust canister, more than likely from people moving things around the bike while sitting in the garage.
