FIRST OFF NO TITLE will be sold with a Bill of Sale only. 1971 cobra , marti report included. The car sat in a louisiana yard since 2001 and I aquired it last month. I have pretty much everything for this car other than the speedo cluster. I even have the rare 71 only FORD hood emblem see last pic. The car at some point had a gt hood put on it as it should have a flat hood this was not a shaker car see marti report. Have all 5 original 15x7" magnum 500's including the spare. This was an a/c car, auto , buckets console and a few other misc options. The door panels are all in pretty good shape, the grille even has the cool snake emblem on it still. No exterior breaks and it looks excellent on the outside but the tabs on the inside that mount the center are busted as usual. Drivetrain is all there and needs rebuilt. The driver valve cover sat off for years and the oil is gray so I believe it suffered a head gasket failure of some sort. The car is very restorable and I'd like to keep it together. Sitting in the yard rodents got inside of it, and they took a toll on the car. Getting up in the holes of the doors, hood and decklid rusting them bad. So they will need replaced. The quarters need some work and the cowl / front floors will also. But the frame and torques are solid and the trunk floor is near perfect along with the drop downs. This car does have some strange southern rust such as a couple areas on the roof and back behind the windows also. Nothing like alot of Northern cars though. It appears somebody did install a trac lock rear end at some point. Again this vehicle is being sold with a BILL OF SALE ONLY. Hard to find these let alone with all the 71 exclusive parts which can be a chore in its own rounding them up. This car is advertised locally and I can end this listing at anytime. THANKS
