THIS IS A 1971 FURY III I AM NOT SURE AS TO WHY IT IS COMING UP AS 1970 IN THE DESCRIPTION! Up for your consideration is a true survivor car, purchased from the original family. This 1971 Plymouth Fury III was a special order paint color. The Gran Coupe when ordered with the paisley embellished interior and paisley top, usually came in brown. This particular vehicle was ordered with cream paint as the build sheet shows. I can provide more pictures upon request. The car has two minor rust spots, just behind the doors. This car is solid otherwise. The vehicle has some minor dents and scratches consistent with a car that has lived this long. This vehicle used to be used locally in parades, and has been shown at car shows. Starts, runs, and drives. I strongly recommend having the car transported to it's final destination. Title is clear and in my name, and is EXEMPT from odometer disclosure, however the miles are accurate to the best of my knowledge. PLEASE if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me. I will answer all questions received. The radio is out being serviced, and will be included with the vehicle. Fees & Taxes: The total amount due is the high bid plus $199.00 title, and documentation fees, which includes overnight FedEx notarized title sent after payment clears. PayPal is only accepted for the deposit. Balance must be paid by cash or by certified bank check. Taxes due will be paid in the state in which the vehicle will be registered in by you. Warranty: This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Reasonable expectations are the key to a happy used car buying experience! Please keep in mind that this car is not new. It is USED! And as such it will most certainly have imperfections that will distinguish it from a new car some of which are impossible to show in pictures. Some folks will only settle for the “perfect condition” car and that’s OK, but this is not that car. Terms and Conditions: Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Financing must be arranged before a bid is placed. Shipping: There are a number of shippers available to transport this vehicle to your door. The responsibility is yours to secure a shipper. Full payment must be made prior to any shipping arrangements being made. Vehicle must be picked up no later than 14 days after cleared in full payment has been made.
