1979 vw beetle triple white vw of mexico motor with aprox 10,00 miles converted to carb at vw dealer aprox 2 years ago, have original engine and fuel injection set-up goes with car. this is a great driver I have owned it 11 years and drive many times to the jersey shore. car is in overall great condition . it is reliable and always maintained and kept in a garage, although it has been driven almost daily (at least 3 days a week) any thing needed was done, too much to list over 11 years. THE GOOD... a clean original (repainted in 2005) driver, everything works except flasher I have unit just needs to be installed even the windshield washer works..this car has a factory a/c ,,,it works but is not hooked up, probably needs a charge too. the floors are rock solid and the body is in overall good condition, car always starts right up and goes...I have instatalled an electric heater (easy to remove just connects to battery) that helped on those cold days, although once it got moving the heat works great mobil one oil change and tune up about a month ago, tires about a year old lots of extra parts that go with the car...the bad there are some surface rust spots showing it was headed to the body shop for touch up (aprox 500.00) but I have an opportunity to buy a car I've been after for a long time so this must go, hate to see it go with summer here. could use a nice clean-up as I just found out it has to go..if your looking for a fun 4 seater convertible that's not crazy price here it is
