This is a true barn find it has been sitting in a barn outside of Chicago since 1958. This is a 1948 dodge D24 deluxe suicide back doors butterfly hood all stainless steel trim is there and in great shape it has a flathead 6 with a fluid drive transmission I put a new battery, changed the oil, cleaned the points, and put new plugs it. turns over but will not fire has no spark most likely needs to cap and rotor and new coil and I don't see any reason why it wouldn't fire right up after replacing those things. the body is in great shape with minimal rust and only a couple dents. This would make a great hot rod build or would be perfect to restore the way you want it. I have the clean and clear title from 1958 this car is 100% there with only 78xxx miles. remember it have been sitting since 1958 (59 years) it does need to be gone through or restored you will not find another one in this shape if you are looking to restore or build a hot rod. it has new tires on it and it goes in neutral and rolls very nicely. Note, it is missing the front coil springs, Napa carries replacements for $124 for the pair. I also have it for sale where i live so if it sells i will end the listing. This is a no reserve auction.
