This Truck belonged to my grandfather and was used around his home and garden and mostly to bring hay bails to feed some cattle. It was driven very little and kept in a dry covered space in Oregon all it's life. The Engine was rebuilt in the mid 80's at the Chevrolet dealership and since had only been driven about 3000 miles. I stored the truck the last 20 years and installed a new water pump, rebuilt correct carburetor and dual fuel pump from the (Carb guy in Portland if you know him, he attends all the swap meets) also a new starter and battery installed. This truck has the correct original 16 inch wheels. (tires are old I wouldn't drive far as is).I am showing as many photos as the listing allows and bring to show every part that is good and bad.This truck is solid straight as it came out of the showroom and in fact has the tightest easy shutting doors of any car I had ever owned ( I wish I did a video of the doors shutting it is amazing actually) I believe it has never been damaged except the one fender scrape you see in the photos and the drivers side rear fender looks to have a little bump see the image, even the bed is sold and perfect and not even a ding in the tailgate or sides. The cab has the usual rust spot on the driver side lower rear cab area you can see in the photos. The floorboard is solid with some surface rust the passenger side is not rusted. The bed would need a wood kit installed as it has just plywood. It drives well and could be used as is but is a solid candidate for a nice paint job and interior kit which are cheap for headliner and doors.Please feel free to ask any questions, I wish I didn't have to sell it as it has been in the family for a very long time but college tuition is knocking at the door. The truck's currently at my fathers home in Oregon and can arrange viewing it in person. Buyer is responsible for transporting it but possible delivery could be negotiated if within 60 miles or so. *Clear new Oregon title Lights work , new sending unit in fuel tank but fuel gauge not working, could be the connection on the back but not sure.There is also a set of 15 inch wheels that where on it but I wanted the original 16's on it for the sale. vin # is H540001345
