75 years ago Willys built this jeep to fight for our freedom. It was made to go through hell and back. It could have fought in the jungles of the pacific or landed on the beaches of Normandy but it most likely laid low on a base here in the states where the only thing it had to worry about was catching too many rays. Apparently it did because the Air Force pained her Strata Blue with a yellow windshield. I was able to pressure wash a lot of the dirt, grime and blue off of it revealing it's original hood numbers; the windshield also had some kind of writing on it but I can't read much. She is fairly complete with extra springs, extra distributor, extra headlight bucket and some other extra things. It will need a fair amount of body work but I've seen far worse restored.
