I am selling my 1976 Corvette Stingray. It's a sad day for me but I need to money for a down payment for my first house. This is the last year of the Stingray name! It has the original 350 V8 with 3 speed auto trans. It runs an drives like new, no issues whatsoever! Trust me when I say, you feel like The Fonz diving this thing. Take the T tops off and cruise, knowing you have one of the coolest cars ever built in America.Within the past 2 months I've installed new: battery, alternator, starter, distributor cap, ignition coil, HEI module, spark plug wires, spark plugs, thermostat, headlight relays, headlight switch, belts, electric fuel pump, OEM seat belts, radiator hoses, chrome valve covers, chrome air filter, and new tires and wheels. Basically a new car! Yes, the pop up headlights work!!! Not often do you find one of these with working popups. The interior has been redone recently and looks amazing. The body has no scrapes, dents, and no rust underneath. The only bad part is the paint, it looks like it sat under a pine tree for many years. I tried buffing it out and could not get it to come back. It looks great from 5 feet away, but up close you see the blemishes. The only things that I am aware it needs: There is no radio in the car, I installed a new A/C compressor but did not have it charged, the wipers don't work, and the gauge cluster does not work (could be a bad fuse?).
