All with Original Acura OEM Parts and done at ACURA dealership with ACURA CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS.Yes, we have the service receipts, Owners Manuals Booklets, a set of 2 Original Keys/Remotes. CLEAR ARKANSAS TITLE is on hand, No Lien or Loan. No Reserve. Conditions: Southern SUV, No Rust. Well Maintained.Excellent condition overall, minor imperfections from age of the suv scratches and dings on doors, minor scratch and 6" paint peel from parking lot bump on driver side rear bumper ( got estimate $300 to repaint it ) by other driver left curbside parking in Downtown Little Rock. There is a small cut on left side of driver seat leather near controller (please see detail picture) 112k miles. All 4 Tires are matching YOKOHAMA all season tires that still in good shape around 65% to 70% tread depth left. Owned it for 4 years, bought it when it was 65k miles for $22k. Reason to sell: wife just bought her a new suv.
