This auction is for a very nice 57 Chevy truck that was locally owned and hand built by an engineer here in the Oklahoma City area . The truck was well planned and built for reliability as well as function and has a proven 26000 miles on the restoration. The engine is a well built strong running sbc 383 stroker with aluminum , intake, headers, small camshaft and electronic ignition with a 4 barrel carb. This engine sounds great through the dual exhaust and I can text a video if desired . The trans is a well built GM 700R4 automatic with overdrive that shifts excellent and is mated to a Camaro rearend with multi leaf springs. The front suspension was upgraded to a 1987 Silverado DISC BRAKE and power steering clip with anti sway bar for improved handling . The truck has ice cold air conditioning as well as custom cloth interior , tilt steering , DAKOTA DIGITAL instruments , new glass and weatherstripping and more. The paint is older and shines very well and was block sanded to a laser straight appearance but now has some age and shows a few paint blisters so I would call it a strong 7 on paint quality and was an 8.5 or better when restored . The wheels are 15 inch American Racing torq thrust 5x4.75 bolt pattern on front and rear . The bed and bed floor are very nice and the truck looks amazing ........ I can go on and on .........
