Vehicle Detail

Nice Restored 1968 Honda CT90 Here we have for sale a nice restored 1968 Honda CT90 motorcycle. This bike was restored by a gentleman years ago and has not been ridden much. They bike was stripped down and rebuilt. The bike shows nice and is a real nice rider. I just tuned up the bike with a new battery, adjusted the valves, adjusted the times and points and tuned the carburetor. I put a new air cleaner in the bike and it fires right up and runs well. It may need just a fine tune adjustment to the carburetor wherever the bike ends up. The bike has new paint on it. The paint shows nicely but it does has orange peel all over it. It wasn't painted by a professional. The seat is brand new and matches the OEM seat perfectly. The tank has been lined so there is no issue with rusty tanks! The electrical all works on the bike. The plastic headlight bucket has some cracks down under the bucket. The plastic was painted so its not perfect. There are chips in the paint and swingarm on the bike. The side covers are new on the bike. The tires are new street tires on it. The chrome rims are nice but do have some patina on them. The hubs have been polished. So I assume the wheels were taken apart, hubs polished and then they were relaced and put back on the bike. The bike has a new chain on it. The ignition switch is new. The wiring seems like it may be new on the bike as well. The spark plug wire is new, so the coil may be new on the bike too. I don't know for sure though. The brake backing plates have been polished and same as the handlebar controls. The mirrors are new too! The speedometer is working just fine. The engine side covers have been painted and they have some chips in them. The engine runs well and shifts fine. The exhaust pipe is original and is in great shape! Its straight and doesn't have any rust issues like these typically have. Overall this is a nice rider bike. It was amateur restored. It still looks nice but it has its flaws. It has its patina and scrapes and chips but in the end, I think most people will have a blast riding the bike. A true nostalgia piece of history! This is a rare one year only bike with the leading link front suspension and the dual range transmission. Makes riding in the hills much easier in the low gear range. That is achievable by switching the lever on the lower end of the engine. I accept cash, check, or money order as forms of payment on the bike. This is a nice clean bike and don't let it get away! I do not have a title for the bike. I will provide a bill of sale if the buyer requests. Again, I do not have a title for the bike. It was lost many years ago. I can store the bike for up to a month at my shop so that shipping can be made. I can recommend a great motorcycle shipper if you don't already have one. Their name is J&M shipping. They are an exclusive motorcycle shipping company that is privately owned and they ship bikes all over the country, quickly and for a great price! They have been shipping all my bike for me for years and they will continue to have my business because of their great service. They can quote shipping immediately. You just have to call or text them. Please message me directly for their number. Please contact me with any and all questions that you may have. My phone number is 775-830-6760. Thanks for looking!
